White Modern Kitchen- Cohesive Condo Design

In a recent project, a transformation of an outdated and divided layout unfolded. The original design, while functional, lacked the contemporary touch the homeowners desired and failed to do justice to the condo’s breathtaking view. Through our meticulous 5-step process, we proposed a design that involved the removal of an interior wall, creating a spacious open concept.

The result was a mesmerizing modern white kitchen, one that seamlessly merged with the living room and hall, achieving the bright and open concept our clients envisioned.

How We Connect Spaces

The primary objective of this design was to establish a bright, open, and storage-sufficient space that aligned with the clients’ vision. Our goal was to create an open concept that encouraged social interaction while preserving a sense of division when needed.

The Color Palette: Crafting a Cohesive Look

To breathe life into this design, we carefully selected a color palette comprising white, wood tones, chrome, and glass, with strategic injections of accent colors. Here’s a deeper look into the thought process behind our color choices:

White: Predominantly used in furniture and cabinetry, it creates a striking contrast against the dark engineered wood floors.

Dark Brown: The dark-colored wood flooring introduced texture and character, balancing the countertops and white cabinets.

Accent Colors: These were subtly incorporated to enhance the overall design and flow seamlessly with the condo’s layout, elevating the space’s aesthetics.

Material Selection: Crafting the Aesthetic

Our choice of materials played a pivotal role in transforming this condo’s interior into a bright and spacious masterpiece. The following materials were key to achieving the desired look and feel:

Miralis Cabinetry: Our high-quality Miralis cabinetry features a 100% lifetime warranty, ensuring lasting quality and durability.

Tribeca Door (White): A white, solid lacquer door by Miralis added elegance and a clean look to the space.

K24-Dalta Wood: This grooved wood with distinctive details was employed as an accent through top trim and glass cabinet frames, imparting character and contrast.

Caesarstone Stone Grey 4030: This grey stone by Caesarstone served as the kitchen countertop and a feature-wall tile in the living room, enhancing the design’s richness.

Napoleon Fireplace: The bold electric fireplace from Napoleon added warmth and aesthetic appeal, making it a focal point in the condo.

Engineered Hardwood Flooring: The dark wood flooring complemented the design elements and provided texture.

Jenn-Air Appliances: Affordable and durable, these appliances aligned seamlessly with our design.
